The BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance programme puts students at a strategic advantage for many opportunities that could accelerate their professional career.

The curriculum focuses on core accountancy subjects, data analysis and law for accountants designed to develop student’s practical skills, theoretical knowledge and management techniques for a career in accountancy or more general business areas.
Our student who is completing bachelor in accounting and finance would have a comprehensive understanding of how accounting and finance work into the larger sense of industry and management.
The Degree in Accounting and Finance awarded by Liverpool John Moores University which offers students the chance to secure professional accreditation from the four main accountancy bodies in England and Wales. According to the DLHE Survey, over 95% of students in work or further study within 6 months of graduation. Graduates have gone on to have profitable careers in banking, investment banks, and financial services other than accountancy.
This accounting degree programme is appropriate as the course for accountants who have earned a certificate in an accounting-related course and choose to continue their studies at the degree level. Students who want to work in accounting for a long time are encouraged to get a professional qualification such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) after graduation.
This programme is also recognized by MAICSA (The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) for students who wish to be a Chartered Accountant Company Secretary and Governance Professional.
